These one-of-a-kind creations were invented right here at The Tamale Store — a delicious fusion of tamales and chile rellenos. Each features a whole fire-roasted poblano chile, generously filled with fluffy masa, seasoned ground beef, and melted Monterey Jack cheese.

All tamales are shipped frozen in insulated Styrofoam coolers with ice gel packs to ensure they arrive fresh and delicious. We ship nationwide every Tuesday and Wednesday via FedEx 2-Day Service. Shipping is just $9.99 per box anywhere in the U.S.!
